Our Core Values for Healing & Wellness

Grit

Wholeness

Wholeness

We believe in your ability to rise. Life can throw curveballs—grief, trauma, setbacks—but we know you're capable of more than just surviving. You’re built to heal, to grow, and to come back stronger. We’re here to walk with you through the hard stuff—not to dwell in it, but to move through it. This journey isn’t about sitting in your pain indefinitely. It’s about facing it, processing it, and transforming it. We’re committed to guiding you with a holistic approach, every step of the way. The olive branch in our logo symbolizes exactly that: resilience, renewal, and unwavering strength. Like the olive tree that thrives even in the harshest conditions, you, too, have the capacity to endure, evolve, and flourish. Our mission is to help you reclaim your strength, rewrite your story, and step into the peace and wholeness that’s always been meant for you.

Wholeness

Wholeness

Wholeness

We believe healing must be whole—mind, body, and soul.
We take a holistic approach because we know that true healing can’t happen in isolation. You are more than your thoughts. More than your physical body. Without tending to each part of who you are, healing can feel incomplete—or even impossible.

We work with individuals ready to step into the full picture of wellness: exploring nutrition, exercise, sleep, physical health, emotional wellness, and the spiritual battles many face in silence. For some, that means confronting grief, shame, or trauma. For others, it means facing the "wilderness"—the season of isolation, struggle, or uncertainty where, like Jesus, we are stripped down to who we truly are.

But it’s in that "wilderness" that purpose is often revealed.

We’re here to walk with you through it. To help you fight the battles you can’t always see. To support you as you restore balance, reconnect with your identity, and step into the life you were always meant to live. Because wholeness isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about becoming who you were meant to be.

Passion

Wholeness

Passion

We believe passion is the spark that fuels purpose.

Every person is born with unique gifts—and when those gifts are nurtured, they lead us to deeper meaning, authenticity, and a life aligned with the calling placed on our hearts. At our practice, we don’t just help you survive the hard seasons—we help you reconnect with who you truly are, so you can live with passion, purpose, and peace.

No matter how far we’ve strayed from our true path, there’s always an invitation to return to wholeness.

We foster an environment that encourages bold self-exploration, truth-telling, and wholehearted living. We work best with individuals who are ready to be real, to get honest, and to pursue the life they were made for. Because when you live with passion, purpose follows—and that’s where true transformation begins.

The Meaning Behind Our Logo

Healing the Whole Person: Mind, Body, & Soul

Our logo represents our mission to bring healing and wholeness to the mind, body, and soul. The minimalist face symbolizes the integration of the whole person, reminding us that healing isn’t just about thoughts and emotions—it also involves nourishing the body and tending to the soul. True transformation happens when we allow healing to work through every part of us, leading to renewal and restoration.

A minimalist face represents the core essence of a person—stripped of distractions, labels, or external expectations. It symbolizes the authentic self beneath life’s burdens, the raw humanity that exists beyond struggle. In therapy, we work to help individuals reconnect with this deeper, truer version of themselves—the person they were created and meant to be.

The olive branch, a timeless symbol of peace, restoration, and divine grace, passes through the face in our logo. This placement is intentional—it signifies that healing is not just something external but something that must flow through us completely. Just as olives must be pressed to release oil, our struggles—though painful—can refine us, bringing forth wisdom, resilience, and deeper purpose.

Earth-Tone Colors: Stability, Growth, & Warmth

The earth-tone colors in our logo were chosen with intention, reflecting stability, renewal, and warmth—essential elements in both healing and faith:

  • Browns, beiges, and tans symbolize stability, grounding, and comfort, providing a sense of security in the therapeutic process.
  • Greens represent growth, renewal, and hope, mirroring nature’s ability to restore itself, just as we are capable of healing.

Healing is both a journey and a relationship built on trust.

Just as Jesus sought support in Gethsemane, we believe in creating a space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

The Garden of Gethsemane: A Symbol of Struggle & Transformation

The Garden of Gethsemane: A Symbol of Struggle & Transformation

This imagery is deeply tied to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus experienced profound emotional anguish yet ultimately surrendered to God’s will. Like many who come to therapy, Jesus wrestled with sorrow, anxiety, betrayal and uncertainty in that moment.

  • Gethsemane represents a safe space to wrestle with emotions—grief, trauma, depression, or difficult life decisions—just as Jesus did.
  • Jesus’ words, “Not my will, but Yours be done” (Luke 22:42), reflect the journey of moving from resistance and fear to acceptance and growth.
  • The very name Gethsemane means “olive press”, symbolizing how trials—though painful—can lead to transformation and renewal.

The different colored olives in our logo represent the uniqueness of each healing journey. Just as olives ripen at different stages, healing unfolds in its own time, reminding us that each person's path is individual, sacred, and purposeful.

Life is not about finding yourself. It’s about becoming who you were meant to be
