Our Core Values for Healing & Wellness

Wholeness

Conviction

Wholeness

We believe healing must be whole—mind, body, and soul.

True transformation cannot happen in isolation. You are more than your thoughts, your body, or the labels others place on you. Without tending to each part of who you are, healing can feel incomplete—or even impossible.

We work with individuals ready to step into full-spectrum wellness, exploring nutrition, exercise, sleep, emotional health, and the spiritual battles many face in silence. For some, this means confronting grief, shame, addiction, fears, or trauma. For others, it means navigating the "wilderness"—a season of isolation, struggle, or uncertainty where, like Jesus, we are stripped down to our true selves and called to release what no longer serves us.

It’s often in that wilderness that purpose and clarity are revealed.

We are here to help you fight the battles you can’t always see, restore balance, reconnect with your God-given identity, and step into the life you were always meant to live. Wholeness isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about becoming who you were created to be.

Grit

Conviction

Wholeness

We believe in your capacity to rise. Life will challenge you—through grief, trauma, or other setbacks—but you are capable of more than merely surviving. You are built to heal, grow, and emerge even stronger.

Our role is to walk alongside you through the hard moments—not to dwell there, avoid them, or offer temporary fixes—but to help you move through suffering with courage and purpose. This journey isn’t about sitting in pain indefinitely or “fixing” you; it’s about facing your struggles, processing them, and discovering true transformation.

Like the olive tree in our logo, which thrives even in harsh conditions, you too can endure, evolve, and flourish. Our mission is to help you reclaim your strength, rewrite your story, and step fully into the peace and wholeness—mind, body, and soul—that has always been yours.

Conviction

Conviction

Conviction

We believe conviction is the courage to live what we truly believe.

It’s not enough to simply know our goals, values, or purpose—true transformation comes when we act on them, even when it’s hard. Conviction calls us to stand firm in our beliefs, go against the crowd, and follow the path God calls us to, even when it challenges comfort, culture, or consensus.

Living with conviction is holistic. It shapes your mind, body, and soul, guiding how you think, feel, and care for yourself. It also grows through relationships and community, as accountability, support, and shared wisdom help us stay steadfast.

Like Jesus, who came not to bring ease but to reveal the way to the Kingdom, we are called to pick up our crosses, confront struggles, and encourage others to do the same. Conviction is proactive—it turns knowing into doing, challenges into growth, and intention into lasting transformation.

At our practice, we walk alongside individuals ready to live boldly, act intentionally, and reconnect with their God-given identity, cultivating wholeness, purpose, and peace in every part of life.

The Meaning Behind Our Logo

Healing the Whole Person: Mind, Body, & Soul

Our logo represents our mission to bring healing and wholeness to the mind, body, and soul.

A minimalist face represents the core essence of a person—stripped of distractions, labels, or external expectations. It symbolizes the authentic self beneath life’s burdens, the raw humanity that exists beyond struggle. In therapy, we work to help individuals reconnect with this deeper, truer version of themselves—the person they were created to be.

The olive branch, a timeless symbol of peace, restoration, and divine grace, passes through the face in our logo. This placement is intentional—it signifies that holistic healing is not just something external but something that must flow through us completely. Just as olives must be pressed to release oil, our struggles—though painful—can refine us, bringing forth wisdom, resilience, deeper purpose, and true transformation.

Earth-Tone Colors: Stability, Growth, & Warmth

The earth-tone colors in our logo were chosen with intention, reflecting stability, renewal, and warmth—essential elements in both holistic healing and faith. Brown symbolizes stability, grounding, and comfort, providing a sense of security in the therapeutic process. Green represents growth, renewal, and hope, mirroring nature’s ability to restore itself, just as we are capable of healing and true transformation.

Healing is both a journey and a relationship built on trust.

Just as Jesus sought support in Gethsemane, we believe in creating a space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

The Garden of Gethsemane: A Symbol of Struggle & Transformation

The Garden of Gethsemane: A Symbol of Struggle & Transformation

The imagery in our logo is deeply tied to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus experienced profound emotional anguish yet ultimately surrendered to God’s will. Like many who come to therapy, Jesus wrestled with sorrow, anxiety, betrayal and uncertainty in that moment. Gethsemane represents a safe space to wrestle with emotions—grief, trauma, depression, or difficult life decisions—just as Jesus did. Jesus’ words, “Not my will, but Yours be done” (Luke 22:42), reflect the journey of moving from resistance and fear to acceptance, and growth. The very name Gethsemane means “olive press”, symbolizing how trials—though painful—can lead to true transformation and renewal - mind, body, and soul.

The different colored olives in our logo represent the uniqueness of each healing journey. Just as olives ripen at different stages, holistic healing unfolds in its own time, reminding us that each person's path is unique and purposeful.

Our Patron Saint

St. Michael the Archangel

St. Michael the Archangel, known as a spiritual warrior and protector, serves as the patron saint of our practice. His courage, clarity, and unwavering defense of the vulnerable reflect the heart of our mission—to walk alongside others with compassion, grit, and purpose. Just as St. Michael brings light into darkness, we support our clients in facing life’s challenges and finding renewal through an integrated healing process—mind, body, and soul. His presence reminds us that true transformation involves both grace and strength, and that each person’s journey is sacred and deeply worthy of restoration.
